【摘要】 目的 :了解学龄期单纯肥胖症男童、女童气质特征。方法 :用“8～ 12岁儿童气质量表”对学龄期单纯肥胖男童、女童 (研究组 )及正常体重 (对照组 )儿童各 6 9人进行问卷调查。用自制“儿童气质相关因素问卷”进行相关因素调查。结果 :在气质维度上 ,男性中度肥胖组的反应阈、重度肥胖组的节律性与对照组相比有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;女性轻度肥胖组注意分散和反应强度明显高于对照组 ,中度肥胖组之趋避性和持久性 ,重度肥胖组之趋避性和反应阈分值均明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5或0 .0 1)。结论 :单纯肥胖男童、女童在不同气质维度上存在多项差异 ,并与多项因素有关更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the temperament characteristics of school-aged simple obese boys and girls. Method:69 simple obese children in studied A group and studied B group,69 children of normal weight in contrast group were investigated with temperament questionnaires for children aged 8～12. Self-made questionnaire for child temperament related factors was used.Result: The threshold of response of the moderately obese boys and the rhythmicity of severely obese boys in studied group was significant different from that in the contrast group(P<0.05).The attention dispersion and reaction intensity of slight obese girls , phobotaxis and duration of the moderate obese girls, the phobotaxis and threshold of response of the severe obese girls in studied group was significant higher than that in the contrast group(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion: There wes some difference in different temperament dimensions between simple obese boys and girls.The difference was related with some factors.更多还原
