【摘要】 目的 :探讨婴儿痉挛症不用促进肾上腺皮质激素或类固醇激素临床治疗效果。方法 :回顾分析我院收治的 4 0例婴儿痉挛症患儿的临床资料。结果 :抗癫痫药有无激素治疗在用药后控制抽搐时间 ,抽搐间隔时间及抽搐次数比较均无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :有无激素治疗痉挛症效果无明显差异 ,而用激素治疗组副作用显著 (P <0 .0 1 )。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the clinical effect of infantile spasms which is treated without ACTH or corticoid.Method: To conduct a retrospective analysis in 40 cases of infantile spasms collected from our hospital.Result: It isn’t significantly different to treat infantile spasms by antiepileptic medicine whether with hormone or without hormone in controlling convulsion time,convulsions interval time and convulsion frequenties(P>0.05).Conclusion: It isn’t significantly different to treat infantile spasms with or without hormone(P>0.05)while it has significant side effects adding hormone (P<0.01).更多还原
