【摘要】 目的 :为了探讨影响台儿庄及其周边地区的新生儿出生时体重的相关因素。方法 :选择在台儿庄区人民医院出生的活产新生儿 36 84例为调查对象 ,对新生儿出生时体重可能有影响的 18种因素进行研究 ,分别进行计量资料分析 ,单因素相关分析 ,多元逐步回归分析等。结果 :在计量资料分析中 ,新生儿的平均体重 :男 >女 (t=2 .6 2 ,P <0 .0 1) ;第一产 <第二产及以上 (t =2 .91,P <0 .0 1) ;单胎 >双胎及多胎 (t=3.0 6 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ;母亲有烟酒嗜好 <无 (t=2 .6 94 ,P <0 .0 1)。在单因素相关分析中 ,新生儿出生时体重与母亲文化程度呈正相关 (r=0 .2 71,P <0 .0 1) ,与母亲身高呈正相关 (r =0 .184 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论 :新生儿性别、胎数、产次、母亲身高、母亲文化程度、母孕期营养 ,妊高症有无 ,母亲烟酒嗜好及城乡差别对台儿庄及其周边地区新生儿体重有较大影响 ,且前 7种为主要因素更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To research some factors that affect the newly-born baby’s weight in and around Taierzhuang District. Method: Choose 3684 babies newly-born alive in the people’s hospital of Taierzhuang District, study 18 factors that maybe affect the newly-born baby’s weight, separately analyze measurable materials, relatively analyze single factor, gradually and regressively analyze many factors, and so on. Result: In the measurable analysis, newly-born baby’s average weight: male> female (t=2.62 P<0.01); the first time birth< the second time or more (t=2.91 P<0.01); single embryo>double embryos or more (t=3.06 P<0.05); mother who has a habit of smoking or drinking<non (t=2.694 P<0.01). In the relative analysis of single factor, the newly-born baby’s weight is directly in proportion to mother’s educational degree (r=0.271 P<0.01) and mother’s height (r=0.184 P<0.01). Conclusion: The newly-born baby’s weight is in relation to the sex of baby, the number of fetus, the time of birth, mother’s height, mother’s educational degree, nutrition during pregnancy period,. Mother’s drinking and smoking habit and the difference between the countryside and city greatly affect the weight of newly-born baby in and around Taierzhuang District.
