【摘要】 目的 :探讨恶性肿瘤患者红细胞体积分布宽度 (RDW )和红细胞平均体积 (MCV)的变化及其临床意义。方法 :应用血细胞分析仪检测 14 8例恶性肿瘤患者 (其中恶性肿瘤贫血患者 6 4例和消化道恶性肿瘤患者 6 8例 )及 81例健康对照组的RDW和MCV水平。结果 :恶性肿瘤患者RDW明显高于正常对照组 ,MCV水平差异无显著性 [RDW :(43.4 5± 6 .6 3)fl对 (37.91± 3.91)fl ,p <0 .0 0 1;MCV :(85 .2 8± 7.83)fl对 (86 .6 8± 6 .6 6 )fl,p >0 .0 5 ];恶性肿瘤贫血患者RDW明显高于恶性肿瘤非贫血患者 ,而MCV明显降低 ,两者有显著性差异 [RDW :(44 .98± 6 .93)fl对 (42 .38± 6 .30 ) ,p <0 .0 5 ;MCV :(83.4 5± 9.6 8)fl对 (87.2 3± 4 .85 )fl,p <0 .0 1];消化道恶性肿瘤组RDW明显高于非消化道恶性肿瘤组 ,MCV水平差异无显著性 [RDW :(44 .88± 7.0 8)fl对 (42 .2 0± 6 .0 7)fl,p <0 .0 5 ;MCV :(84 .80± 9.0 5 )fl对 (86 .10± 5 .99)fl,p >0 .0 5 ]。结论 :恶性肿瘤患者MCV/RDW的变化能较好地反映其贫血病因学的改变 ,对诊断其贫血类型、贫血程度以及治疗有一定的临床参考价值更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the changes and the clinical significance of the Red blood cell volume distribution width(RDW) and the mean corpuscular volume (MCV) in patients with malignant.Method: 148 cases in malignant patients (including 64 cases malignant anemic patients and 68 cases alimentary tract malignant patients) and 81 cases in healthy group were selected and the level of their RDW and MCV were measured by a Blood Cell Analyzer. Result: RDW of malignant patients were significantly higher than that in control group,MCV activities were no significantly difference [RDW:((43.45±6.63)fl vs (37.91±3.91)fl ,p<0.001;MCV:(85.28±7.83)fl vs (86.68±6.66)fl,p>0.05];RDW of malignant anemic patients were significantly higher than that in malignant no-anemic patients,but MCV were significantly lower,both were significantly difference [RDW:(44.98±6.93) fl vs (42.38±6.30),p<0.05; MCV:(83.45±9.68 )fl vs (87.23±4.85) fl,p<0.01];RDW of alimentary tract malignant patients were significantly higher than in no- alimentary tract malignant patients,MCV activities were no different [RDW:(44.88±7.08)fl vs (42.20±6.07)fl,p<0.05; MCV:(84.80±9.05)fl vs (86.10±5.99)fl,p>0.05]. Conclusion: Changes of MCV/RDW of malignant patients can more effectively reflect the changes of anemic etiology and has certain clinical referenced value in the diagnosis types、degree of anemic and therapy.更多还原
