【摘要】 目的 :探讨老年人脑出血的临床特点。方法 :收集经CT确诊的脑出血 2 5 7例 ,其中 6 0岁以上的老年组 12 7例和 5 9岁以下非老年组 130例 ,两组进行对比分析。结果 :两组对比性别及出血部位未见明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但在病因、病情进展、头痛发生率及呼吸系统和消化系统的并发症上有明显差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :老年人脑出血具有以下临床特点 :①高血压是老年人最常见的病因 ;②疾病进展更迅速 ,较早出现意识障碍 ;③头痛发生率低 ;④呼吸系统、消化系统并发症较多。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical feature of cerebral hemorrhage in the elderly. Methods: 257 cases of cerebral hemorrhage were definitely diagnosed by CT. Among them, there were 127 cases over 60 years old(elderly group)and 130 cases under 59 years old(non-elderly group). The two groups were carried out the analyses of comparison. Results: There was no obvious difference(P>0.05)in sex and the location of cerebral hemorrhage by means of comparison between two groups. But the cause of disease,the speed of the disease’s development, the incidence of headache and the complications of respiratory system and digestive system in the elderly group were significantly higher than those in non-elderly group(P<0.05). Conclusions: The clinical features of cerebral hemorrhage in the elderly as follows: ①Hypertension was the most important cause.②The speed of the disease’s development was faster and the appearance of consciousness obstacle was earlier.③The incidence of headache was lower.④There were more complications of respiratory system and digestive system.更多还原
