两种葡萄球菌致医院感染的分布及耐药趋势

【摘要】 目的 :了解我院金黄色葡萄球菌和表皮葡萄球菌所致感染的发病情况及耐药趋势 ,以便更好地采取控制措施。方法 :对我院 2 0 0 0年 1月至 2 0 0 2年 12月送检的各类标本中分离的 2 19株葡萄球菌的分布及药敏结果进行分析。结果 :两种葡萄球菌所致感染的菌株分布以呼吸道最多见 ,其次为伤口 ;耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌 (MRSA)和耐甲氧西林表皮葡萄球菌 (MRSE)有逐年增加的趋势 ;两种葡萄球菌对阿米卡星耐药率 <10 % ,对利福平和环丙沙星耐药率 <5 0 % ,对其余抗生素均显示很高的耐药率 ;未发现对万古霉素的耐药株。结论 :葡萄球菌的耐药情况严重 ,MRSA和MRSE菌株的增多应引起高度重视 ,临床治疗必须根据药敏试验结果选择合适的抗生素。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of nosocomial infection for Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis.Methods: Statistical methods were used to analyse the data of pathogen’s origin of S.aureus and S.epidermidis and antibacterial resistance in our hospital from Jan.2000 to Dec.2002.Results: The two foremost infection sites are respiratory tract and wound.Isolation rate of MRSA and MRSE was in an increasing tendency.Both S.anreus and S.epidermidis were sensitive to vancomycin.Except amikacin.rifampicin and ciprofloxacin,the rates of drug resistance to other antibiotics were over 50%.Conclusions: Most antibiotics were drug-resistance to S.aureus and S.epidermidis.For control of the antibacterial resistance of pathogens,appropriate use of antibiotics must be strengthened.
