【摘要】 目的 :探讨灯盏细辛辅助治疗脑梗死后眩晕的临床机制和治疗效果。方法 :脑梗死后眩晕的病人 82例 ,随机分为治疗组 (4 3例 )和对照组 (39例 )。对照组按病情分别给予抗凝、溶栓、降压、降血糖及营养脑神经等常规治疗 ;在此基础上治疗组加用 5 %GS 2 5 0ml+灯盏细辛 2 0ml静脉滴注 ,每天一次 ,疗程 1 4d。治疗 1 4d后进行疗效评定。对比分析治疗前后血液流变学、血脂、肾功能等生化指标。结果 :治疗组临床疗效优于对照组 ,治疗组治疗后纤维蛋白原、血小板粘附率降低 ,凝血酶原时间延长 ,血脂降低 (均P <0 .0 1 ) ,治疗组眩晕总有效率 97.6 % ,对照组 6 9.2 % ,两组基本治愈率比较 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :灯盏细辛辅助治疗脑梗死后眩晕安全有效更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effect of Dengzhanxixin on vertigo patients after cerebral infarction(CI).Methods: Eighty-two vertigo patients with CI were randomly divided into two groups: the Dengzhanxixin treating group ( 43 cases) and the control group (39 cases).Routine treatrment was given to all patients. The control group were given anticoagulant , plasminogen, and drugs to reduce blood pressure as well to lower the serum lipid level. On the basis of this, Dengzhanxixin 20ml , IV drip qd,for 14 day were given more in the treating group. Results:After 14 day therapy,the treating group showed a statistically effective rate of 97.6%(P<0.01).Conclusion: Dengzhanxixin is effective in the treatment of vertigo patients after cerebral infarction.更多还原
