非浓缩尿蛋白电泳在肾脏疾病中的临床应用
Clinical application of protein electrophoresis using non-concentrated urine samples in kidney diseases
【摘要】 目的 :评价非浓缩尿蛋白电泳在肾脏疾病中的临床应用。方法 :应用十二烷基磺酸钠—琼脂糖凝胶进行非浓缩尿蛋白电泳 ,对 2 5 1例肾脏疾病患者的尿液标本 (其中 14 4例经病理活检确诊 ,2 0 3例同时作尿蛋白定量 )进行分析。结果 :根据尿蛋白电泳图像将 2 5 1例尿液标本区分为肾小球性、肾小管性、混合性、溢出性和正常类型蛋白尿。结论 :非浓缩尿蛋白电泳敏感性好 ,简便快速 ,可根据各尿蛋白组分的分布判断肾脏损伤的部位与程度 ,为肾脏疾病的鉴别诊断、疗效监控、愈后判断提供有效的依据。
【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the clinical application of protein electrophoresis using non-concentrated urine samples in kidney diseases.Methods:Sodium dodecyl sulfate-argarose gel electrophoresis was used to analyze 251 non-concentrated urine samples from patients with kidney diseases (144 patients with renal biopsy and 203 patients with quantify of urine protein.)Results:According to the images of urine samples can be classified into five types:glomerular, tubular, mixed, over-flow, and physiological. Conclusion:This method is highly sensitive , simple, time saving.It can be estimated the kidney trauma’s position and degree according to the images of SOS-AGE and offered the gist of distinguishing diagnosis, superviseing curative effect ,estimationing prognosis for kidney diseases.
