【摘要】 目的 :探讨腰椎间盘突出症合并神经根管狭窄的临床诊断与治疗。方法 :对 1 999年至20 0 2年间 ,因腰椎间盘突出症合并神经根管狭窄 3 8例行手术治疗 ,术中均行神经根管探查、彻底松解受压神经根 ,术后进行随访。结果 :随访 3 8例 ,优 2 0例 ,良 1 5例 ,一般 2例 ,差 1例 ,优良率 92 %。结论 :神经根管扩大和神经根探查、彻底减压是手术成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical diagnosis and surgery of lumbar disc protrusion with stenosed nerve root canal. Method: Follow up 38 cases from 1999 to 2002, these cases to follow lumbar disc protrusion with stenosed nerve root canal were operated ,and were by nerve root canal exploration, and were relieved the entrapment of the nerve root completely . Result: It was shown that the operative effectiveness in 20 cases were excellent,good in 15 cases, general in 2 cases and poor in 1 case. The effective rate was 92%. Conclusion: To enlarge fenestration under certain condition and relieve the entrapment of the nerve root completely are the key point to successful operation.更多还原
