锦纶6帘子布浸胶液布氏粘度的优化选择

【摘要】 讨论了锦纶6帘子布浸胶液布氏粘度与温度、附胶量、粘着强度的关系。试验表明:浸胶液布氏粘 度随温度的升高而降低,而附胶量及粘着强度随布氏粘度的增大而增大。不同品种帘子布浸胶液的布氏粘 度分别为:930 dtex./2,3.9-4.0 cPa·s,1 400 dtex/2,4.0-4.1 cPa·s,1 870 dtex,/2,4.1~4.2 cPa·s。

【Abstract】 The relationship between Brookfield viscosity and temperature, dip pick-up and adhesive strength of dip solution for PA6 tire cord was discussed. The experimental results showed that Brookfield viscosity of dip solution was decreased with the increase of temperature, and the dip pick-up and adhesive strength were increased with the increase of Brookfield viscosity. Brookfield viscosities of dip solution were 3. 9 -4. 0 cPa · s, 4. 0 -4. 1 cPa · s, 4. 1 -4. 2 cPa · s for 930 dtex/2, 1 400 dtex/ 2 and 1 870 dtex/2 tire cord, respectively.
