铑-钌双金属配位催化剂氢化丁腈橡胶的流变性能
Rheological properties of hydrogenated nitrile rubber prepared with Rh-Ru bimetallic complex catalyst
【摘要】 研究了铑-钌双金属配位催化剂体系制备的氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)的相对分子质量及其分布、剪切应力与剪切速率的关系、表观黏度与剪切速率的关系、表观黏度与温度的关系以及口型膨胀情况。结果表明,制备的HNBR的加工流变行为具有较高的剪切速率敏感性和很低的加工温度敏感性,且其加工流变行为与已工业化生产的国外同类产品相当。
【Abstract】 The relative molecular mass and relative molecular mass distribution of hydrogenated nitrile rubber prepared with Rh-Ru bimetallic complex catalyst,the relations between shear stress and shear rate,apparent viscosity and shear rate,apparent viscosity and temperature,and the behavior of extrusion die swell were studied.The results showed that the process reheological behaviors of hydrogenated nitrile rubber prepared with Rh-Ru bimetallic catalyst system were highly sensitive to shear rate but little sensitive to temperature.Similar rheological properties comparing to corresponding industrial products abroad was also achieved.
