【Abstract】 SA8000 is a new criterion in international society recently. It will bring about a great impulsion to China’s enterprises. How to understand SA8000? We must realize at present the majority of our enterprises can not reach this criterion.So the spread of this criterion will trouble quite a lot of China’s enterprises.
