数据挖掘技术在新法合成碱式碳酸铝镁中的应用
Application of Data Mining Technology in A Novel Method for the Synthesis of Magnesium Aluminium Carbonate Hydroxide
【摘要】 对合成碱式碳酸铝镁的新方法进行了研究 ,以硫酸铝为铝源 ,用固相反应法成功合成得到碱式碳酸铝镁。基于均匀设计试验方案以及数据挖掘技术的应用 ,在数据挖掘成果的指导下进行试验成功地同时优化控制了碱式碳酸铝镁的组成及粒度 ,从而得到比较纯净的碱式碳酸铝镁纳米晶体。
【Abstract】 The new method for synthesis of magnesium aluminium carbonate hydroxide was studied, achieved magnesium aluminium carbonate hydroxide successfully with aluminium sulfate as aluminium source via solid state reaction .Based on the application of uniform experimental design as well as data mining technology, the components as well as the particle size of the magnesium aluminium carbonate hydroxide were optimized synchronously and successfully,which directed with the results of data mining technology. So the pure nano-crystals of the magnesium aluminium carbonate hydroxide were achieved.
