【Abstract】 The synthesis of retinoic acid ester by Wittig-Horner reaction was improved. Retinoic acid ester was obtained directly by the reaction of 3-methyl-5-(2,6,6-trimethyl-1-cyclohexen-1-yl)-1,3(or1,4)-pentadienyl phosphonate and C 5-aldehyde. One step of double bond rearrangement catalysted by base is curtailed . C 1 double bond phosphonate is used in Wittig-Horner reaction directly.更多还原
