相转移催化氧化合成氯代苯甲酸
Phase Transfer Catalytic Synthesis of Chlorobenzoic Acid Using Quaternary Ammonium Salt A-1 as a Catalyst
【摘要】 研究了以季铵盐A 1作催化剂 ,KMnO4作氧化剂 ,催化氧化邻、对位氯代甲苯合成邻、对位氯代苯甲酸的反应。优化反应条件为 :氯代甲苯 5 0mmol,n(氯代甲苯 )∶n(KMnO4)∶n(A 1)∶n(H2 O) =1.0 0∶2 .6 0∶0 .0 5∶30 0 ,反应温度 93℃ ,反应时间 2 .5h ,pH =7。邻、对位氯代苯甲酸的产率分别为 76 .4 % ,76 .9%。
【Abstract】 The catalytic synthesis of o-,p-chlorobenzoic aicd using quaternary ammonium salt A-1 as a phase transfer catalyst(PTC)was reported. The optimal reaction conditions were determined as follows: chloroluene was 50mmol, n(chlorotoluene) ∶n(KMnO 4) ∶n(A-1) ∶ n(H 2O) was 1.00 ∶2.60 ∶0.05 ∶300, the reaction temperature was 93℃, the reaction time was 2.5h, pH was about 7. The yields of o-,p-chlorobenzoic acid were 76.9% and 76.4%, respectively.
