【Abstract】 5-Halogenated-1H-1,2,4-triazole-3-carboxylic acid ethyl ester(1a～1c) were synthesized from 5-amino-1H-1,2,4-triazole-3-carboxylic acid ethyl ester by Sandmeyer reaction, and their derivatives were prepared by the reaction of 1a～1c with 2′,4′-difluoroacetophenone in the presence of CH 2Cl 2, K 2CO 3 and TEBA.
