【摘要】 目的　观察中药软肺汤对肺间质纤维化大鼠肺泡灌洗液 (BALF)中细胞因子及细胞外基质的影响。方法　用气管内注射博来霉素的方法建立大鼠肺间质纤维化模型 ,以强的松为对照 ,检测软肺汤灌胃大鼠肺泡灌洗液中肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF α)、转化生长因子β1 (TGF β1 )、层粘连蛋白 (LN)和透明质酸 (HA)的含量。结果　中药组BALF中TNF α、TGF β1、LN和HA的含量低于模型组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,而且HA和LN含量少于激素组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　软肺汤可能是通过抑制肺纤维化细胞因子、降低细胞外基质含量而发挥治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Ruanfei decoction on cytokines and extracellular matrix in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid in pulmonary interstitial fibrosis rats. Methods The pulmonary interstitial fibrosis model in rats was made by injecting bleomycin into their trachea, and prednisone was used as control. The content of tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α),transforming growth factor beta 1(TGF-β1), laminin (LN) and hyaluronic acid(HA) in rats bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) was detected after gavage by Ruanfei decoction . Results The content of HA, LN, TNF-α and TGF-β1 in BALF of TCM group was less than that of model group(P<0.01).The content of HA and LN in BALF of TCM group was also less than that of hormone group(P<0.05). Conclusion The Ruanfei decoction may exert therapeutic effect by inhibiting the cytokines which induce pulmonary interstitial fibrosis, and reducing the content of extracellular matrix.更多还原
