【摘要】 目的　探讨归脾汤辨证治疗视神经萎缩的临床疗效。方法　视神经萎缩患者 6 8例随机分为2组 ,治疗组 4 0例采用中药归脾汤辨证治疗 ,对照组 2 8例采用常规西药治疗。 2组均 4周为 1个疗程 ,4个疗程后统计疗效。结果　治疗组总有效率 85 .0 0 % ,对照组总有效率 5 7.1 4 % ,2组比较有显著性差异(P <0 .0 5 ) 。结论　归脾汤辨证治疗视神经萎缩疗效确切 ,优于西药治疗更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Guipi decoction on optic atrophy according to the traditional Chinese differentiation of symptoms and signs.Methods 68 patients with optic atrophy were randomly divided into two groups. 40 patients in treatment group were treated by Guipi decoction according to the traditional Chinese differentiation of symptoms and signs;28 patients in control group were treated by routine western medicine, with a treatment course of 4 weeks for both groups. The therapeutic effect was evaluated after 4 treatment courses for both groups.Results The total effective rate was 85.00% in treatment group and 57.14% in control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Guipi decoction is effective in treating optic atrophy.更多还原
