【摘要】 目的　观察化浊降逆法治疗功能性功能不良的临床疗效。方法　 1 1 0例功能性消化不良患者随机分为 2组。治疗组 60例 ,以化浊降逆立法 ,予胃痛宁胶囊治疗 ;对照组 5 0例 ,予吗丁啉口服治疗。 2组均 4周为 1个疗程。观察 2组临床疗效和治疗前后症状积分、症状改善情况及胃液排空时间、血浆胃动素含量。结果　治疗组临床总有效率 ( 91 .7% )明显优于对照组 ( 74.0 % ,P <0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组治疗后症状积分 ( 7.5± 2 .2 )明显低于对照组 ( 8.6± 1 .9,P <0 .0 5 ) ,症状改善情况优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组治疗后胃液排空时间为 ( 1 9.67± 8.3 4)min,对照组为 ( 2 2 .5 8± 1 0 .0 2 )min,2组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;血浆胃动素含量治疗组治疗后为 ( 3 72 .95± 88.3 6)ng L,对照组为 ( 3 1 0 .2 1± 76.5 5 )ng L ,治疗组较对照组明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　化浊降逆法能明显改善功能性消化不良患者临床症状 ,提高临床疗效 ,促进胃肠蠕动和胃排空。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of a method of Huazhuojiangni on the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods 110 cases of functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into two groups. 60 cases in treatment group were treated by a method of Huazhuojiangni (Weitongning capsule), and 50 cases in control group were treated by Motilium, with a treatment course of four weeks in both groups. The therapeutic effect was analyzed by observation of symptom score, improvement, gastric emptying time and content of motilin. Results The total effective rate in treatment group (91.7%) was markedly higher than that in control group (74.0%, P<0.05). The symptom score, improvement, gastric emptying time and content of motilin had obviously improved in treatment group compared to those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion A method of Huazhuojiangni could improve symptoms of functional dyspepsia, and raise effect.更多还原
