【摘要】 目的　了解多孔羟基磷灰石义眼台植入术的临床效果。方法　Ⅰ期植入运用自体 (或异体 )巩膜遮盖多孔羟基磷灰石义眼台 ;Ⅱ期植入用带线的义眼台与四条直肌缝合后 ,再缝合筋膜和结膜 ,包裹义眼台。结果　术后随访 4～ 2 4个月 ,义眼活动好 ,无并发症发生 ,带义眼片效果满意。结论　Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期多孔羟基磷灰石义眼台植入后效果满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of hydroxyapatite orbial implantation.Methods Primary implantation was to take self-slera (or exclusive-sclera) to cover hydroxyapatite orbital;secondary implantation was to take hydroxyapatite orbital with suture line to four muscles rectus suctioning and make spatium and tunica conjunctive to pack orbital.Results After 4～24 months follow-up,orbital moves well,and the therapeutic effect is satisfactory.Conclusion Good effect can be obtained by primary or secondary hydroxyapatite orbital implantation.更多还原
