【摘要】 目的　加深认识趋化因子在类风湿性关节炎发病机制中的作用 ,并探讨其可能的临床价值。方法　采用酶联免疫吸附试验 (ELISA)分别对 3 0例类风湿性关节炎 (RA)患者和 3 0例健康对照者外周血中MIP 1α、RANTES和MCP 1水平进行检测。结果　RA患者血清MIP 1α、RANTES水平与正常对照组相比均升高 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 ) ;而RA患者血清MCP 1水平与正常对照组相比差异无显著性(P >0 .0 5 )。结论　RA患者血清中MIP 1α和RANTES水平的升高可能与其体内Th1 Th2细胞比例失衡及炎症部位Th1细胞浸润有关 ,并且RA患者所发生的慢性关节滑膜炎及血管炎病变可能也与高水平MIP 1α和RANTES的作用有关更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the action and clinic significance of some chemokines on the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis (RA).Methods The levels of MIP-1α,RNATES and MCP-1 in serum from peripheral blood of 30 patients with RA and 30 healthy subjects were measured respectively by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results The levels of both MIP-1α and RANTES in the serum of patients with RA were higher than those in control group (P<0.01,P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in the levels of MCP-1 between two groups (P>0.05).Conclusions The high levels of MIP-1α and RANTES in the peripheral blood of patients with RA may be associated with the unbalance on the ratio of Th1 to Th2 cells and the infiltration of Th1 cells in the inflammatory tissue.The high levels of MIP-1α and RANTES may also play an important role in the progress of arthritis and endangeitis in RA patients.更多还原
