血管紧张素转换酶基因多态性与老年人动态血压相关性探讨
Correlation between the gene polymorphism of angiotensin-converting enzyme and ambulatory blood pressure in the elderly
【摘要】 目的 探讨老年人血压与血管紧张素转换酶 (ACE)基因多态性的相关性。方法 运用聚合酶链反应 (PCR)技术检测 10 6例老年高血压病人 (高血压组 )的ACE基因多态性 ,根据PCR检测结果 ,分为DD基因型 (n =2 4)、II基因型 (n =40 )及ID基因型 (n =42 )三个亚组 ,分别进行偶测血压 (CBP)及动态血压 (ABP)检测 ,观察三种基因型之间的血压差异 ,另设同期体检的 5 1例老年人作为对照组。结果 CBP参数在三个亚组间差异无显著性 ,ABP参数中 ,DD型亚组的 2 4h平均收缩压和平均动脉压较II型亚组显著增高 ,P <0 .0 5。结论 ACE基因的插入 缺失多态性对老年高血压有影响 ,ABP较CBP敏感
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation between ambulatory blood pressure and the polymorphism insertion/deletion (I/D) of the ACE gene in the elderly.Methods In 106 patients with senile essential hypertension (hypertension group),an I/D polymorphism in angiotensin I converting enzyme gene was detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR).Based on the I/D polymorphism, the group was divided into three subgroups:DD type group (n=24),II type group (n=40) and ID type group (n=42).Causal blood pressure (CBP) and ambulatory blood pressure (ABP) were measured for each of subgroups.Analysis of variance was used to evaluate the differences of Bp among the three genotypes.51 healthy senile subjects were taken as control group.Results There was no significant difference in CBP among the three genotypes,However,there was a significant difference in the 24h average systolic blood pressure and pulse pressure between DD genotype subgroup and II subgroup (146.93±11.46 vs 139.11 ±8.81,65.91±11.13 vs 60.18±9.57,P<0.05).Conclusion The I/D polymorphism of the ACE gene should be related to the senile essential hypertension and ambulatory blood pressure might be more sensitive than causal blood pressure to polymorphism.
