【摘要】 目的　探讨计算机摄影 (CR)对早期乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法　对 5 0例早期乳腺癌进行CR检查及传统钼靶X线屏 胶系统检查 ,比较二者优缺点。结果　CR检查在小结节、乳腺局部结构不良及致密阴影X线征象的显示率较传统钼靶X线屏 胶系统检查有明显提高 ,对微钙化的显示率较低。结论　CR检查较传统钼靶X线屏 胶系统对早期乳腺癌征象的综合显示率有明显提高 ,CR检查对早期乳腺癌诊断是一种有价值的检查技术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of computed radiography (CR) in early breast cancer.Methods The computed radiography and screen/film system examinations were performed in 50 patients with early breast cancer,and the merits and dismerits in two examinations were compared.Results The display rate of CR in small nodes,construction disorder of mammary gland,dense shadow were increased,as compared with that of screen/film system.Conclusion The computed radiography is a valuable technique for the diagnosis of early breast cancer.更多还原
