【摘要】 目的　探讨肺癌纵隔淋巴结清除术的必要性和术后的效果。方法　自 1 995年 5月～ 2 0 0 2年 7月 ,对 2 7例肺癌病人进行根治性手术中 ,同侧肺门及纵隔淋巴结清除 ,其中病理证实纵隔淋巴结转移 2 1例 (78% )。根据肺癌分期进行化疗。结果　2 7例手术病人 ,中心型肺癌 1 8例 ,周围型肺癌 9例 ;鳞状细胞癌 1 4例 ,腺癌 8例 ,小细胞癌 5例。清除淋巴结 1 1 6组 ,阳性 6 4组 (占 5 6 .9% )。结论　根治性肺癌手术对于病人的生存时间具有重要意义 ,并可指导对病人的进一步治疗更多还原

【Abstract】 objective Disscussion on necessity and effect after operation dissection of mediastinal lymph nodes in lung cancer.Methods From 1995 to 2002,radical pulmonary resecions with ipsilaterally dissection of the unilateral hilar and all of the mediastinal lymph nodes were performed on 27 patients with lung cancer.There were mediastinal lymph nodes metastasis 21(78%).It was confirmed by pathologic examination.According to the stage of the lung cancer being chemical treatment.Results In this patients,centrol lung cancer 18 cases and peripheral lung cancer 9 cases.Squamocellular carcinoma 14 cases and adenocarcinoma 8 cases and small cell cancer 5 cases.There were 116 group nodes was dissection and lymph nodes positive 64 group(56.9%).Conclusious Radical pulmonary resections on patients with lung carcinoma was important for survival and indcate further to treatment.更多还原
