【摘要】 目的 :研究雌二醇对卵巢切除大鼠心肌细胞心房特殊颗粒的影响。方法 :采用透射电镜 ,高清晰彩色图像分析系统对大鼠心肌细胞心房特殊颗粒的体密度、数密度及颗粒平均直径进行数据处理。结果 :切除大鼠双侧卵巢后 ,心房特殊颗粒的体密度和数密度与对照组及用雌二醇组比较明显减少 (P <0 .0 1) ,小剂量雌二醇可使大鼠心肌细胞心房特殊颗粒的体密度和数密度恢复到正常水平 ,随剂量增加 ,心肌细胞心房特殊颗粒的量也伴随增加 ,呈量效关系。结论 :雌二醇可明显促进卵巢切除大鼠心房肌细胞心房肽的合成更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effects of estradiol on atrial specific granules(ASG) of myocardial cells in ovariotomy rats.Methods: By the transmission electron, image-manipulation system, the proportional volume, mean diameter and numerical density of the atrial specific granules were studied.Results: The proportional volume, numerical density of the granules in ovariotomy group were less than those in sham-ovariotomy and ovariotomy estradiol groups(P<0.001); the proportional volume and numerical density of ASG in myocardial cells almost came back to the normal level with small dose estradiol; along with the enhancement of estradiol dosage, the content of ASG in myocardial cells was more than those in sham-ovariotomy and small dose estradiol group(P<0.01), and showed a quantity-efficiency relation.Conclusion: estradiol obviously accelerate ANP synthesis of myocardial cells in ovariotomy rats.更多还原
