增龄对大鼠输卵管粘膜上皮DNA转录活性影响的组织学观察

【摘要】 目的 :揭示增龄对大鼠输卵管粘膜上皮细胞DNA转录活性的影响。方法 :各以 5只 1月龄、8月龄和 18月龄SD雌性大鼠分别作为性成熟前期组 (IMG)、性成熟期组 (MG)和更年期组 (CMG)。取输卵管石蜡切片 ,然后进行酸菁蓝染色和HE染色。结果 :酸菁蓝染色的颜色深度相比 ,以MG组最高 ,IMG组最低。平均光密度值相比 ,峡部MG与CMG及IMG间差异有高度显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,CMG与IMG间差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;壶腹部MG与CMG间差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,余组间差异同峡部。HE染色显示 :3组粘膜上皮细胞核着色相比较 ,MG颜色最淡 ,IMG颜色最深。结论 :性成熟前随着年龄的增加粘膜上皮细胞DNA转录活性逐渐增加 ,性成熟期达高峰 ,由性成熟期向老年期过渡中随着年龄的增加粘膜上皮细胞DNA转录活性逐渐减弱。

【Abstract】 Objective: To reveal the relationship between the age of rats and the function of oviductal epithelia. Methods: Fifteen female SD rats according to their month age were divided into three groups, immature group(IMG),matured group(MG) and climacteric group(CMG). Oviducts attained from the rats were embedded by paraffin and then sectioned. The sections were stained by Hematoxylin-Eosin(HE)or Gallocyanine. Results: It was found that the MG was the deepest and the IMG the lightest,when comparing the blue of oviductal epithelia stained by Gallocyanine. When comparing the value of the average optical density,differences between MG and CMG or IMG in isthmi were significant(P<0.01),and the difference between MG and CMG in ampullae which was significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between CMG and IMG in ampullae or isthmi(P>0.05).It could be found that the IMG was deeper than the CMG and the CMG was deeper than the MG,comparing the blue of the nuclei stained by HE. Conclusion: The DNA transcription of oviductal epithelia is enhanced in an age-dependent manner during premature stage,and reaches the peak during the matured phase,but is weakened with ageing in climacteric rats.
