适宜钙饮食对老年男性骨质疏松的影响
Effect of Fitting Calcium Ingestion on Aged Male of Osteoporosis
【摘要】 目的 :调查适宜钙饮食对老年男性骨质疏松的影响及与钙调节激素间的相关性。方法 :测定 95例适宜钙饮食的老年男性及 2 5例青年男性的骨密度 ,检测钙调节相关激素。统计各组间相关性。结果 :与青年对照组比较 ,正常钙饮食和充足阳光照射的老年男性随年龄增加出现骨质疏松和骨量减少 ,钙调节激素特点为老年人骨质疏松组与青年组比较 :hCT、TE2 、TTT、IGF 1均明显降低 ,而hPTH、2 5 OH VD无差异。结论 :老年人正常钙饮食可抑制hPTH升高 ,充足光照可避免 2 5 OH VD减低 ,但不可避免的发生hCT、IGF 1、TTT、TE2随年龄增加而降低。故老年男性骨质疏松发病可能与年龄增加相关激素的变化密切相关。
【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate effect of fitting calcium ingestion on aged male of osteoporosis and its telation with calcium-regulating hormone.Methods: Totally 95 cases aged male who had fitting calcium ingestion and sun irradiation were divided into two groups,osteoporosis group and non-osteoporosis group,by measuring bone mineral density,25 healthy young men were involved as control group. The levels of calcium regulating hormone were measured in these three groups. Results: Although normal calcium ingestion and enough sun irradiation,the aged male all the same suffered from osteoporosis and bone mass density decreased following by age. In osteoporosis group,hCT and IGF-1 were lower than those in non-osteoporosis group ( P< 0.01),but BGP was higher in osteoporosis group ( P< 0.05). E2,TT,hPTH and 25-OH-VD had no significant difference between the two groups( P> 0.05). And compared with young control group,IGF-1,hCT,TE2 and TTT had significant difference. Conclusion: Fitting calcium ingestion in aged male could restrain hPTH secondary increasing in osteoporosis group. Enough sun irradiation in aged male could avoid 25-OH-VD secondary decreasing,but it couldn’t avoid IGF\|1,hCT,TE2 and TTT decreasing with age. The occurring of osteoporosis in aged male may be related to correlative hormones changing with age.
