【摘要】 目的 :观察补肾壮骨方对实验性骨质疏松大鼠骨密度 (BMD)、白细胞介素 6 (IL 6 )骨表达的影响 ,进一步探讨补肾壮骨方抗骨质疏松的作用机理。方法 :使用补肾壮骨方对切除卵巢的雌性成年Wistar大鼠进行不同剂量的药物治疗 ,并与正常对照组、模型组和尼尔雌醇治疗组的大鼠进行了对比 ,采用免疫组化的方法 ,检测并比较各组骨组织IL 6骨表达。结果 :补肾壮骨方各剂量组和尼尔雌醇组可使骨质疏松大鼠的股骨、腰椎和全身的骨密度明显增加 ,且骨组织中IL \|6的阳性表达明显弱于模型组 ,有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :补肾壮骨方抗骨质疏松的作用可能是通过减弱骨组织中的IL 6表达 ,增加骨密度来发挥作用的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To probe the effect of Bushen Zhuanggu prescription(BSZHG),a traditional Chinese medicine,on experimental osteoporosis in rats. Methods: Bone mineral density (BMD) was measured and the expression of interleukin-6(IL-6) in bone was observed. Ovariectomized female Wistar rats were treated with BSZHG in different doses,and compared with groups of normal control,model and nilestrial-treated rats. Bone IL-6 expression during different groups rats were investigated and compared with by means of immunohistochemistry. Results: BMD of femur,lumbar spine and body increased in BSZHG groups of different doses. The positve expression of IL-6 in traditional Chinese medicine and normal control group was obviously weaker than that in the model control group. Conclusion: BSZG could significantly inhibit IL-6 expression.更多还原
