【摘要】 目的 :对复元活血汤进行药理学研究。方法 :采用多种疼痛、炎症动物模型 ,观察复元活血汤抗炎及镇痛作用 ;采用微循环实验 ,观察复元活血汤对微循环的影响。结果 :复元活血汤可不同程度提高小鼠热板痛阈值 ,延长扭体潜伏期 ,减少扭体次数 ;抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀 ,降低腹腔毛细血管通透性 ;扩张小鼠耳廓微动脉和微静脉。结论 :复元活血汤有镇痛、抗炎及改善微循环作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the pharmacological actions of traditional Chinese medicine Decoction for Restoration. Methods: Animal models were used to investigate the analgesic and anti inflammatory actions of Decoction for Restoration. Microcirculation of mice auricle was observed to study the effects on microcirculation. Results: Decoction for Restoration obviously increased the pain threshold for hot plate,prolonged the latent period,decreased numbers of writhing induced by acetic acid,and inhibited the tumefaction of mice auricular, inhibited the increase of blood capillary of the abdominal which was induced by inject acetic acid,dilated the auricular micro artery and venous of mice. Conclusion: Decoction for Restoration have significant anti inflammatory and analgesic actions and can promote blood circulation.更多还原
