【摘要】 目的 :观察实验动物和人的牙髓淋巴管网的结构与分布特点。方法 :将非脱钙组织和用EDTA溶液脱钙的组织冰冻切片 ,分别应用光镜和电镜HE、5′ Nase单染和 5′ Nase ALPase双重染色作比较观察。结果 :HE染色切片光镜观察仅见管腔样结构 ;5′ Nase单染可见呈深棕色、形状不规则的淋巴管 ;而在同一切片上 5′ Nase ALPase双重染色观察到呈深棕色的淋巴管和呈蓝色的血管。扫描电镜和透射电镜观察牙髓的组织切片 ,见到丰富的呈 5′ Nase染色强阳性的淋巴管 ,5′ Nase反应产物存在于淋巴上皮细胞表面 ,牙髓中央部淋巴管较外围的成牙本质细胞层丰富。结论 :5′ Nase ALPase双重染色对研究牙髓毛细淋巴管网分布具有特异性且能定位更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To review the structural organization and distribution of the lymphatic networks in dental pulp of animals and humans with special reference to histochemical examination by light and electron microscopy. Methods: The distinction between lymphatics and blood vessels was observed on cryostat sections of undecalcified and calcified teeth treated with EDTA solution after whole mount preparation of periodontal membranes was treated by HE staining,5′ nucleotidase(5′ Nase)staining and 5′ nucleotidase(5′ Nase) alkaline phosphatase(ALPase) double staining. Results: This staining procedure allowed lymphatic vessels in dental pulp to be differentiated from blood vessels. Well developed 5′ Nase Positive lymphatic vessels were observed on the tissue sections and whole mount preparations of the dental pulp by comparative histochemical studies with scanning or transmission electron microscopy. In dental pulp,lymphatic vessels were more numerous in the central part than in the peripheral donto blastema layer. Conclusion: The specificity and location by 5′ Nase ALPase double staining are valuable on studying the distribution of lymphatic capillary networks in pulp dental.更多还原
