【摘要】 介绍了邢钢对48 t顶底复吹转炉通过采用溅渣护炉技术,提高复吹转炉炉龄的初步探索,取得了一定效果。认为在保证复吹效果前提下转炉炉龄比设计炉龄大幅度提高,达到了6742炉,炉龄在6300对炉碳氧浓度积平均为0.00289,实现了底吹透气元件寿命与转炉炉龄同步,取得了良好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 The initial exploratory to prolong the life of converter by slag spitting protection for 48-ton top and bottom combined blown converter is introduced, a proper result got. It is showed that the converter life has a great degree of increase compared with that designed, reaches 6742, the average concentration product of carbon and oxide is 0.00289 when life is 6300, the life of bottom blown ventilating components can be the same with that of converter and good profit got.更多还原
