炭纤维增强壳聚糖骨折内固定棒的小鼠微核试验研究
The Effects of the Carbonfiber Reinforced Chitosan Robs for Bone Fracture Internal Fixation on the Micronucleus of Polychromatic Erythrocytes in Mice
【摘要】 目的 :观察自行研制的碳纤维增强壳聚糖骨折内固定棒对小鼠骨髓和外周嗜多染红细胞 (PCE)的致突变作用 ,评价其生物安全性。方法 :碳纤维增强壳聚糖内固定棒不同时间浸提液给昆明小鼠一次性腹腔注射 (ip)染毒 2 4h后取样 ,以及 72h浸提液的不同时间取样观察其对小鼠骨髓和外周血PCE微核率的诱发作用 ,并与空白对照比较。结果 :所研制的碳纤维增强壳聚糖内固定棒浸提液并不诱发微核增加 ,PCE微核率与空白对照组的差异不具统计学意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :碳纤维增强壳聚糖内固定棒不诱发骨髓和外周血PCE微核率增加 ,不具有致突变作用。
【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the potential mutagenic effects of the carbon fiber reinforced chitosan robs made by ourselves for bone fracture internal fixation on the micronucleus of polychromatic erythrocytes in mice. Method:Young adult kuenming mice were treated once with the different extracts from the carbon fiber reinforced chitosan robs by intraperitoneal injection(ip),and sampled at different time to observe the frequencies of micronucleus in mice,s polychromatic erythrocytes both of bone marrow and peripheral blood. Results:all the extracts from the carbon fiber reinforced chitosan robs did not increase the frequencies of micronucleus in polychromatic erythrocytes either of bone marrow or peripheral blood. Conclusion:the carbon fiber reinforced chitosan robs made by ourselves for bone fracture internal fixation were safety.
