2,3,5,6-四氯甲苯衍生物的合成及表征
Synthesis and Characterization of 2,3,5,6-tetrachloromethylbenzene Derivatives
【摘要】 研究了当苯环上有吸电子基合成2,3,5,6四氯甲苯衍生物的方法.当2个吸电子基处在苯环对位时氯化反应在指定的条件下不能发生.如果苯环上有1个供电子基(甲基)时,在温度50~55℃,四氯化碳、氯磺酸和0.5g催化剂碘存在的情况下,氯化作用则能发生并得到高产率产品.产品分别是:2,3,5,6四氯4甲基苯腈,产率96.3%;2,3,5,6四氯4硝基甲苯,产率85.5%;2,3,4,5,6五氯甲基苯,产率84.2%;2,3,5,6四氯4甲基苯甲酸甲酯,产率62.1%.
【Abstract】 Synthesis of derivatives of 2,3,5,6-tetrachloromethylbenzene with electron withdrawing groups was studied.Chlorination could not occur when there were two electron withdrawing groups in the para positions of benzene under designed condition,but one of them was electron donating group such as methyl,high yield of chlorinated products could be gained in carbon tetrachloride and chlorosulphonic acid at temperature from 50 to 55℃,and catalyzed by iodine.The products were 2,3,5,6-tetrachloro-4-methylbenzonitrile with yield of 96.3%,2,3,5,6-tetrachloro-4-nitrotoluene with yield of 85.5%,2,3,4,5,6-pentachloromethybenzene with yield of 84.2%,and methyl 2,3,5,6-tetrachloro-4-methylbenzoate with yield of 62.1%.
