【Abstract】 By analyzing the reason of exceeded voltage of the ground wire connecting or disconnecting in 3-phase,4-wire lower supplies and distribution system,the means of solving the problem is obtained,that is,adopting protective circuit of exceeded voltage.The principle is that the exceeded voltage device operates when the neutrality’s deviation voltage exceeds its allowed voltage,whether the ground wire exists or not,so it can prevent the trouble.更多还原
