三苯基乙腈的合成
Synthesis of tritylnitrile
【摘要】 以三苯基氯甲烷和氰化亚铜为原料合成了三苯基乙腈。并通过对原料配比、反应温度和反应时间的研究 ,得到了较佳的合成工艺条件 :三苯基氯甲烷与氰化亚铜的最佳摩尔比为 1 :1 .3 ,反应温度为 1 3 0℃ ,反应时间为 2 .5小时。产物经分离提纯后 ,产率可达 79.3 0 % ,并对其进行TLC分析、红外光谱分析 ,证明了合成方法的可行性
【Abstract】 Tritylnitrile was synthesized from Trityl chloride and cuprous cyaide through nucleophilic. The influences of reactant ratio, reaction temperature, reaction time on substitution reaction were studied. The better reaction conditions were obtained: molar ratio of trityl chloride and cuprous cyanide was 1:1.3, reaction temperature was at 130℃, reaction time was 2.5h. The yield of Tritynitrile is up to 79.3%. The product was tested by TLC and Infrared Spectroscopy, Which proved the possibility of this method.
