铸造Fe3Al合金的高温抗氧化性能研究与应用
Research and Application of Oxidation Resistance of Casting Fe3Al Alloy at High Temperatures
【摘要】 通过对铸造Fe3Al合金在800~900℃温度范围内的抗氧化性能研究,表明铸造Fe3Al合金在高温氧化过程中表面形成了致密的氧化层,具有优良的抗氧化性能。采用铸造Fe3Al合金制备的几种产品的使用效果良好,说明在一定条件下替代Cr Ni系耐热钢是可行的。
【Abstract】 By researching the oxidation resistance of Fe3Al alloy at 800~900 ℃,the experiments demonstrate that the surface of Fe3Al alloy can form compact oxidation layers during high temperature oxidation, which makes Fe3Al alloy have choice oxidation resistance. Applied effect of several products which adopt Fe3Al alloy to produce is excellent.It shows that Fe3Al alloy is possible to substitute heat resistance steel Cr-Ni in some condition.
