Nb掺杂对双钙钛矿型化合物Sr2FeMoO6磁性的影响
The Effect of Substituting Nb on the Magnetic Properties of Double-perovskite Compound Sr2FeMoO6
【摘要】 研究了双钙钛矿结构的氧化物Sr2FeMo1-xNbxO6中Mo位的Nb替代效应,发现Nb替代Mo强烈地抑制了Sr2FeMoO6的铁磁性,居里温度TC也随Nb含量的增加而逐渐降低,直至最终消失;并且存在着团簇玻璃态向自旋玻璃态的转变。指出随着Nb的掺入而引起晶体结构从四方相到正交相的转变是产生上述结果的主要原因。
【Abstract】 The effect of substituting Mo by Nb of double perovskite compounds Sr2FeMo1-xNbxO6 has been investigated. The substitution of Nb for Mo suppresses the ferromagnetism of Sr2FeMoO6, lowers the Curie temperature Tc of the compounds until it disappears in the compound and there happens the transition from cluster glass gradually to spin glass with increasing Nb5+ content.The crystal structure transition from a tetragonal structure to an orthorhombic structure by the substitution of Nb5+ ion is suggested to explain the experimental results.
