制备工艺对TiO2纳米结构电极光电响应的影响
Influence of Fabrication on the Photocurrent of TiO2 Nanostructured Electrode
【摘要】 以钛酸四丁酯水解法合成TiO2纳米粒子胶体,用玻璃棒滚压涂膜制成TiO2纳米结构电极,研究了不同TiO2纳米结构电极的光电响应,用原子力显微镜(AFM)对电极的形貌进行了表征。结果表明:制备工艺不同,电极的光电响应有很大差异,主要与TiO2纳米粒子的粒径大小和膜的表面状态有关。
【Abstract】 TiO2 nanoparticles were synthesized by hydrolyzing Ti(BuO)4 and TiO2 nanostructured electrode was made with glass bars.The photocurrent of different TiO2 nanostructured electrodes was studided.The electrodes were cheracterized with Atom Force Microscope(AFM).It proved that photocurrent varied with different methods of fabrication,which is mainly related to the size of nanoparticlesand and the surface state of the films.
