不同毒物对猪肝线粒体COX和Ca2+-ATPase同工酶的影响

【摘要】 采用不同毒物联苯胺、六氯苯、甲基苯丙胺对猪肝线粒体进行体外染毒,分析细胞色素氧化酶(COX)和钙ATP酶(Ca2+-ATPase)同工酶。结果表明,这两种线粒体酶同工酶受联苯胺和甲基苯丙胺的影响是同步的;受六氯苯的影响表现为COX反应提前和Ca2+-ATPase反应滞后。不同毒物对线粒体COX和Ca2+-ATPase毒性作用可能为一种混合机制。

【Abstract】 Through the process of such various poisons as benzidine?熏 hexachlorobenzene and methamphetamine being adopted to infect toxicity in vitro liver of pig and of the isozymes of COX and Ca2+-ATPase being studied?熏 result shown that the isozymes of the two kinds of mitochondrial enzymes receiving the effect from benzidine and methamphetamine is at the same pace?熏 but the isozymes of COX receiving effect from hexachlorobenzene is earlier than that of Ca2+-ATPase receiving effect from hexachlorobenzene. Thus?熏 the suggestion of a possible compounded mechanism of effect of various poisons on mitochondrial COX and Ca2+-ATPase may be proved.
