叶面肥1125与波尔多液对苹果品质和病害的影响
Impact of Agent 1125 and Bo’er Multiple-liquid on Apple Quality and Disease
【摘要】 以叶面肥1125与多菌灵交替使用为处理,绿风95+多菌灵与波尔多液交替使用为对照,实验研究了叶面肥1125对苹果品质和病害的影响。结果表明,叶面肥1125与多菌灵交替使用与对照相比,叶面肥1125能调节苹果果实中矿质营养元素的含量,显著降低果实中Cu2+,Zn2+,Mg2+等离子的含量,增加Fe2+的含量,经t检验,差异分别达到显著、极显著水平;能明显提高苹果果形指数和含糖量、增加果肉干物重、增加果实硬度,果面无污染且光亮,果胶分解速度慢,仅为对照的1/11。在-8℃条件下冻果率较对照减少50%,红粉病果率降低50%,褐腐病病果率降低50%,耐贮性强。对于苹果早期落叶病、炭疽病、轮纹病,也有较好的防治效果,可以替代波尔多液。
【Abstract】 Experiments were done in order to study the impact of agent 1125 on apple quality and disease through applying agent 1125 and carbendazim alternatively with applying "green wind 95","Bo’er multiple-liquid" and carbendazim alternatively as comparison.The results showed that 1125 could regulate the content of mineral nutritious elements, decrease remarkably contents of microelement such as Cu2+,Zn2+,Mg2+,and increase the content of Fe2+.It was also found out that agent 1125 could improve the index of apple shape,sugar content and fruit hardness apparently.In addition, apple surface was shinning without any pollution,and the decomposition rate of pectin decreased by 1125 agent treatment,it was only 1/11 of the compared one.At -8℃,the frozen apple percent was lowered 50%,pink rot was lowered 10%,brown rot was lowered 50%,and the apples were easy to store.It also had good preventive effects to some apple diseases during the early growing period so that it could substitute"Bo’er multiple-liquid"to improve apple’s quality.
