铜绿丽金龟成虫触角感受器的超微结构观察
Observation on the Ultrastructures of Antennal Sensilla in Anomala corpulenta Motschulsky
【摘要】 利用扫描电镜观察了铜绿丽金龟雌、雄成虫触角感受器的种类、形态和分布,并讨论了结构与功能的关系。扫描电镜观察结果表明,铜绿丽金龟成虫触角由柄节、梗节和鞭节组成,其中鞭节由8个亚节组成。在触角上可见到毛状感受器、刺状感受器、锥状感受器、腔状感受器、腔锥感受器、腔柱感受器和腔乳头状感受器7种感受器,其中腔柱感受器和腔乳头状感受器在鞘翅目已有的研究资料中还未见报道。雌雄间感受器种类无明显差异,但在分布和数量上有差异,触角感受器主要集中于鞭节鳃叶状的6~8亚节上,且以几种腔状系列的感受器为主;分布在鞭节1~5亚节上的主要是数目相对较少的毛状、刺状和锥状等感受器。
【Abstract】 The category, shape and distribution of antennal sensilla of Anomala corpulenta Motschulsky were observed under scanning electron microscope. At the same time, the relationship between their morphology , construction and function was discussed. The results show that antennae of Anomala corpulenta are made up of scape, pedicel and flagella consisting of 8 segments. Both the antenna of male and female contain seven kinds of the antennal sensilla, namely, sensilla trichodea, sensilla chactica, sensilla basiconica, sensilla cavitica, sensilla coeloconica, sensilla coelocolumnia, sensilla cavitata-peg. Number and distribution of antennal sensilla in both sexes are kind of different, but the category is similar. There are a large number of sensilla concentrating on 6 - 8 segments of flagella, such as sensilla cavitica, sensilla coeloconica, sensilla coelocolumnia, sensilla cavitata-peg, but sensilla trichodea, sensilla chactica, sensilla basiconica on 1 - 5 segments. In addition, two new types of sensilla, sensilla coelocolumnia and sensilla cavitata-peg, are founded .which haven’t been reported up to date in the researches on insects of Coleoptera.
