香蕉束顶病毒基因组和编码蛋白的研究进展
THE PROGRESS OF BANANA BUNCHY TOP VIRUS GENOME AND PROTEIN
【摘要】 香蕉束顶病毒是一直径约为 18~ 2 0nm的等轴病毒粒子 ,基因组至少由 6个组分组成。它们有 3个共同区域 :开放阅读框架、主要共同区和颈环共同区。这些组分编码的蛋白为 :BBTVDNA - 1编码了复制起始蛋白 ;BBTVDNA - 2和BBTVDNA - 6编码的蛋白功能未定 ;BBTVDNA- 3编码病毒的外壳蛋白 ;BBTVDNA - 4编码运动蛋白 ;BBTVDNA - 5编码类成视网膜细胞瘤结合蛋白。
【Abstract】 Banana bunchy top virus(BBTV) has 18~20 nm isometric virions containing at least six circular ssDNA components. The genome of BBTV was characterized by the presence of three conserved regions:the open reading frame (ORF), the stem-loop common region(CR-SL) and the major common region(CR-M). Specific functions have been assigned to four of the BBTV gene products: DNA-1 encodes the replication intiviate protein(REP);And DNA-3 encodes the viral coat protein(CP); And DNA-4 encodes the movement protein(MP); And The gene product of DNA-5 is an Rb-binging-like protein. While DNA-2 ,-6’s product are still uncertain.
