煤粉在流化喷吹罐内流化行为

【摘要】 利用自行研制的煤粉输送性能测定装置,研究了煤粉在流化喷吹罐内的流化行为。结果表明:煤粉在流化喷吹罐内的流化是一个逐步实现的过程,煤粉实现流化的实际临界流化速度大于理论临界流化速度,根据煤粉的运动状态,煤粉的流化过程可以分为固定床、流化床和气流床三个阶段。

【Abstract】 The fluidization behaviours of pulverized coal in fluidized jar are studied by means of the conveying property measuring device of pulverized coal developed by us. Results show that the fluidization process of pulverized coal in fluidized jar is a gradual process. The actual critical fluided velocity of pulverized coal is larger than the theoretic critical fluided velocity of pulverized coal. According to the moving state of pulverized coal, the fluidized process of pulverized coal in fluidized jar is divided into three phases of the immobile bed, the fluidization bed and the airflow bed.
