激光切割对金刚石膜性能的影响
Effect of laser cutting on the capabilities of diamond film
【摘要】 研究了激光切割对CVD金刚石膜三点弯曲断裂强度和热导率的影响。选择合适的激光 切割电压和切割速度可以避免这种激光损伤并给出了判断该切割电压和切割速度是否合适的 方法。
【Abstract】 The effect of laser cutting to CVD diamond films on thermal conductivity and three point bending strength is studied. The laser damage can be avoided by choosing a appropriate cutting voltage and speed. A method which can judge the cutting voltage and speed is also given.
