【Abstract】 With the rapid development of molecular biology, the classify and identify of Actinomycetes have come up to various genotype classification standards from the traditional phenotype classification, for example, G+Cmol%, DNA hybridization, the sequence analysis of 16S rRNA, and so on. At present, heterogeneous classification has synthesized the characteristics of phenotype,genotype and systematic growth, and it makes the classified method more objective and reasonable, representing the systematic evolution relationship between creatures.
