【Abstract】 Transliteration is a basic method of absorbing foreign languages. There are lots of cultural factors in transliterating words. When using Chinese transliterating foreign words, we should analyze from the society cultures and the view of psychology, considering the Chinese culture tradition. If we want to transliterate correctly, we should know Chinese culture deeply, and have a rich cultural base; otherwise we shouldn’t avoid the errors.
