【摘要】 在调查收集河北张北县和崇礼县野生亚麻种质资源的基础上 ,进行了野生亚麻的植物学特征和生物学性状鉴定 ,开展了亚麻野生种和栽培种的正交、反交、重复授粉、研磨花粉重复授粉及植物生长调节剂GA3、NAA、 2 4 D等滴注授粉后子房、杂交种的组织培养温室培育等试验研究 ,成功取得了种间杂交和子一代植株。更多还原

【Abstract】 Census and collection of wild fiber flax species was conducted in Zhangbei and Chongli of Hebei Province,and their botanical and biological characters was identified.Through the hybridization of wild species and cultivated varieties,F 1 hybrid plant was successfully developed with the methods of cross,reciprocal cross,replication pollination,molar pollen replication pollination,and pollinated ovary treatments of GA 3,NAA and 2.4-D.更多还原
