In this thesis, the author mainly gives a brief introduction to the procedure of the research on antagonistic bacterium as an important means of biocontrol and gives a detailed analysis on the classification and application of the antagonistic bacteria so far discovered. The purpose of the thesis is to help the reader to have a overall knowledge to antagonistic bacteria.
