利用EMS花粉诱变玉米新种质研究
Studies on the Corn Germplasm Enhancement by the Technology of EMS Inducing Mature Pollens
【摘要】 利用不同浓度的甲基磺酸乙酯 (EMS)诱变 6个温带骨干自交系、 1个温带群体和 3个热带种质的成熟花粉。从诱变后代中选出了 2 0多种突变体 ,其中早熟、晚熟、抗虫和温带适应性热带种质是玉米育种的宝贵种质资源。并且得出利用EMS花粉诱变技术在处理花粉 45min时 ,温带自交系的半致死剂量位于 0 5~ 1 0mL/L。
【Abstract】 Being short of corn germplasm, the progress of the corn breeding is very slow in China. So the studies induced the maize materials’ mature pollen of the differently genetic background by use of EMS. Over twenty types of mutates have been obtained, in which the mutation of the early maturity?late maturity?resistance to the corn worm and tropic germplasms are important germplasms in the area of corn breeding.
