循环流化床锅炉脱硫对q4和q6的影响

【摘要】 从灰平衡出发,利用钙硫摩尔比Ca/S,将脱硫剂石灰石纳入灰分,建立了循环流化床锅炉机械不完全燃烧热损失q4和灰渣物理热损失q6的数学模型。它适用于各种循环流化床锅炉。该数学模型的建立为循环流化床锅炉的设计和运行提供了简便、适用的计算公式。

【Abstract】 From ash balance and using calcium to sulphur mole ratio, Ca/S, treating desulphurizing lime stone as a part of ash, a mathematical model is established for mechanical heat loss uncompleted burning,q4, and physical heat loss of ash and slag,q6 of CFB boiler, which can be applied to all kinds of CFB boilers and provides a simple and suitable calculating formula for design and operation of CFB boilers.
